You have just created a Google form. Now you want to send the form email. How to send the form embedded in the email, using Outlook?
In Google Form, Press the “Send” button
Click on the email tab and then fill your own email (that you access using Outlook)
Send the form to yourself
Select the “include form in email” option
Then press the send button.
Forward the email from outlook
You may want to format the top section. Then send the email from Outlook.
